Dr. LaTeasha Gaither-Davis
CEO, Founder, and Occupational Therapist
A native of West Memphis, AR, Dr. LaTeasha graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Health Sciences and Occupational Therapy. She also graduated from Arkansas State University with an Educational Doctorate in Educational Leadership.

VP of Operations and Occupational Therapy Assistant
Alannah graduated from the University of Memphis with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Sports Science. She joined the team in October 2013.
Anita
Occupational Therapy Team Lead and Occupational Therapy Assistant
Anita graduated from Concorde Career College with an Associate’s degree of Applied Science in 2018. She joined the team in September 2021.
Alieshaia
Occupational Therapist
Alieshaia graduated from Le Moyne College with a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy. She is licensed to work in Arkansas, Tennessee, and New York. She joined the team in 2021.
Tyler
Occupational Therapy Assistant
Tyler graduated from Arkansas State University with a Bachelor's in Exercise Science and from Concorde Career College with an Associate’s of Applied Science in Occupational Therapy. He joined the team in November 2022.
Miracle
Occupational Therapist
Miracle graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Mississippi College and a Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in 2023. She joined the team in January 2025.

Megan graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Middle Tennessee State University in 2018. She joined the Therapeutic Focus team the summer of 2021.
Mallory
Occupational Therapist
Mallory graduated from Arkansas State University with a Bachelor's in Exercise Science and a Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy. She joined the team in June 2023.
Heidi
Occupational Therapist
Heidi graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy. She joined the team in January of 2025.
Decrecia
Occupational Therapy Assistant
Decrecia joined the team in 2013 as the office manager and later rejoined after becoming and Occupational Therapy Assistant.

PRN Speech Language Pathologist
NaTasha is a three time graduate of Arkansas State University in Jonesboro with a Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders, a Master of Science in Health Sciences with an emphasis in Education, and Master of Communication Disorders. She joined the team in 2011.

Speech Language Pathologist
Abbi graduated from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences with a Master of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. She joined the team in July 2013.
Shantell
Speech Language Pathology Assistant
Shantell graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a Bachelor's degree in Communication Disorders. She joined the team July of 2024.
Vanessa
PRN Speech-Language Pathologist
Vanessa graduated from Jackson State University with a Bachelor of Arts, Communicative Disorder in 1988 and Ohio State University with a Master of Arts, Speech-Language Pathology in 1990. She joined the team in August 2016.

Donna graduated from Arkansas State University with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Communication Disorders in 1986 and 1988. She joined the team in August 2014.

PRN Speech-Language Pathologist
Kenna graduated from Harding University in 1996 with a B.S. degree and then graduated from the University of Central Missouri in 1998 with her M.S. degree in Speech Pathology. She joined the team in January 2024 as a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist.

Carla graduated from Harding University in 1993 with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders. She joined the team in September 2023.

Ashley graduated from Harding University in 2018 with a B.A. degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders and then graduated in 2020 with her M.S. degree in Speech Pathology. She joined our team January of 2025.

Sandra has over thirty years of administrative experience from St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and five years of managerial experience. She proudly joined the Therapeutic Focus team in 2012.

Human Resources Assistant
Taleatha graduated from the University of Arkansas Little Rock with a Bachelor's of Science in Health Education, a Bachelor's of Science in Nuclear Medicine from the University of Arkansas Medical School, and a Master's of Science in Administration with an emphasis on Health Services. She joined the team in March 2022.
