Meet Shantell, a dedicated SLP-A with over 21 years of experience helping children build their communication skills. She joined Therapeutic Focus in July 2024, bringing her expertise and passion for empowering kids to connect and express themselves.

A graduate of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders, Shantell has specialized training in PECS (Picture Exchange Communication System) and ASL (American Sign Language). Her warmth, skill, and dedication make her a trusted partner for parents and a guiding light for children on their journey to communication success.
