Jacquelyn graduated in 1983 with a Bachelor’s of Science degree from the Tuskegee Institute. She received a Master’s degree in Public Health with an emphasis in Health Administration and Policy in 1993 from the University of Oklahoma. Jacquelyn is the only Certified Dry Needling Physical Therapist in Crittenden County.
